FuturaNow – Service Policies & Terms

Please read the following policies carefully as they govern the services provided by FuturaNow.
Promotional Website Guarantee:
Websites developed under specific promotional offers include a limited guarantee period of one (1) calendar month, commencing from the official project handover date.
Eligibility for this guarantee is strictly contingent upon the client having paid the initially agreed-upon promotional fee in full prior to the start of the guarantee period.
Guarantee Exclusions:
The guarantee period, whether promotional or standard, expressly excludes coverage for delays, malfunctions, incompatibilities, or other issues arising from or related to third-party services or products. This includes, but is not limited to, issues with web hosting providers, domain registrars, third-party plugins or themes, external APIs, or any other service or software not directly provided and controlled by FuturaNow.
Quotation Validity:
All service quotations provided by FuturaNow are valid for a period of twenty-one (21) calendar days from the date of issuance, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the quotation document. FuturaNow reserves the right to revise or withdraw a quotation after this period has expired.
Free Trial Services:
Any products, services, or features offered by FuturaNow explicitly on a “free trial,” “complimentary,” or “beta” basis are provided strictly “as-is” without any warranty or dedicated support included. Support for such services may be available at FuturaNow’s sole discretion and may be subject to separate charges.
Support Request Initiation & Basic Diagnostic Fee:
Before FuturaNow initiates any support investigation, code review, troubleshooting, or maintenance task outside of an active guarantee period (if applicable), the client is required to purchase and pay for FuturaNow’s standard “Basic Diagnostic Service” fee.
This non-refundable fee covers the initial assessment and time spent by our team to understand the scope of the reported issue or request.
Scope of Basic Diagnostic Service:
The Basic Diagnostic Service fee covers the initial investigation only. It specifically does not include the cost of:
Acquiring, installing, licensing, or configuring any necessary third-party themes, plugins, add-ons, API keys, or other external software components.
Performing repairs or development work for issues identified during the diagnosis that are deemed by FuturaNow to be severe, complex, or require extensive development time beyond basic troubleshooting and configuration adjustments. A separate quotation will be provided for such required work.
Handling of Outdated or Compromised Websites:
If, during the course of providing a service (e.g., updates, maintenance, feature addition), FuturaNow determines that a client’s website is significantly outdated (utilizing deprecated software, incompatible components, or failing to meet current minimum security or technical standards) to the point where standard procedures cannot be safely applied or completed:
FuturaNow will notify the client of the situation and the risks involved (e.g., potential for site breakage, security vulnerabilities).
The client will be presented with a formal recommendation and quotation for the necessary repair, remediation, or rebuild work required to bring the website to a state where the originally requested service can be safely and effectively completed.
Client Declines Necessary Remediation:
Should the client choose to decline the recommended and quoted remediation work for an outdated or compromised website, FuturaNow will cease the specific update or maintenance task that is blocked by the site’s condition.
FuturaNow will make reasonable efforts to leave the website in its pre-existing operational state (the state it was in before the blocked task was attempted). However, FuturaNow provides no guarantee regarding the ongoing stability, security, or functionality of the website in its outdated version.
The client acknowledges and accepts that operating an outdated website carries inherent risks, including security vulnerabilities and potential future malfunctions, for which FuturaNow shall not be held liable. FuturaNow reserves the right to refuse further non-remedial work on websites deemed critically outdated or insecure.
Restricted or Suspended Services or Features
To ensure the continuity and quality of our services, FuturaNow reserves the right to temporarily restrict access to services in the event that a client ignores payment notifications and maintains an outstanding balance. This restriction will be applied after 3 payment notifications without a response and a payment delay period of 2 Weeks. Full restoration of service will be subject to full payment of the debt and may incur additional reactivation costs
